Backed by Hollard Insurance Company Ltd, Audisure is the most comprehensive, affordable motor insurance available. Hollard, the leading specialist motor underwriters in South Africa is fully approved by Audi South Africa.

Audisure benefits include:  

    • Repairable Vehicles - the cost of repair of your vehicle in the event of accidental damage
    • Total loss (incl. stolen or hijacked vehicles) - the maximum indemnity in terms of the policy
    • Sound equipment - amount specified
    • New replacement vehicle within the first twelve months of the first registration should the vehicle be stolen or written off
    • Free repairs to glass/windscreen chips or cracks
    • Loss or damage to locks and keys up to R2000.00
    • Bodyline Maintenance Cover up to R1500.00, where your car suffers minor damage and the total cost of repairs is less than the excess payable in terms of your underlying policy
    • Violation of Policy Conditions
    • Deposit Protection, we will pay the original deposit paid, under the Credit Agreement of the insured vehicle, subject to a maximum of R50 000 if the vehicle is stolen or damaged beyond repair
    • Loyalty Bonus, we pay a fixed amount of R5000.00 towards the purchase of a new Audi, provided that the new vehicle is purchased within three months of the Event
    • Personal Accident, a fixed benefit of R10 000.00 will be paid in the event that anyone dies or is permanently disabled as a result of an accident whilst traveling in the insured vehicle
    • Shortfall, we will protect you against a possible shortfall arising between your comprehensive insurance settlement and the balance owing to the financial institution
    • Death, payment in a single sum of the outstanding liability (excluding additional debts, arrear instalments and the interest thereon)

Audi Assist

Audi innovation extends to providing you with a unique Emergency and Personal Assistance Service. The Audi Assist Programme is automatically provided with your newly acquired Audi.

With Audi you are prepared for the unexpected.

Medical Assistance - Emergency Medical Assistance and transportation as well as repatriation and monitoring.
Medical Advice - Round the clock medical advice and information hotline.
Roadside Assistance - On-the-spot assistance for minor problems like a flat battery/tyre; fuel or locked-in keys as well as tow-in; courtesy transport/car rental, overnight accommodation and vehicle recovery.
Legal Assistance - 24 hour legal hotline and legal referral.

 
Freeway Plan

There can be no better motoring peace of mind than knowing that your car will be serviced, maintained and repaired, should this prove necessary, at no cost to you. Thanks to Audi Freeway Plan, that peace of mind could be yours.

The Audi Freeway Plan absorbs all maintenance and service costs, with the exception of between-service top-up fluids, fuel, cracked or broken glass, and tyres.

A five-year or 100 000 km Freeway Plan is included as standard on all new Audis.

Top-up options to extend maintenance up to 200 000 km or five years are available at extremely competitive rates. Audi has specially designed the Audi Freeway Plan for easy operation on the part of the owner. Making an appointment with any one of our approved Audi Servicing Dealers can effect regular servicing and maintenance as well as repairs (with the exception of accident damage).

All work is handled by the relevant service department, which will liaise directly with the Audi Freeway Plan Maintenance Unit. No extra effort or payment is required from the Audi owner. The Audi Freeway Plan is registered with the vehicle and as such is transferable to the new owner should the car be sold before the Audi Freeway Plan has expired, giving added resale value. The Audi Freeway Plan is available in addition to the Audi's standard one-year / unlimited distance vehicle warranty.

The Audi Freeway Plan, subject to certain exclusions, covers any repairs necessary after the expiry of the standard warranty.
